Pleasant and excellent guidance. A fantastic atmosphere. No latest sports trends, just be yourself. Varied activities, but also regular components. And what's also very nice is that this location also offers excellent physiotherapy. If needed, this can easily be combined on the sports floor.

What a fantastic gym this is! It's cozy, small, and has an excellent team of instructors who not only support you but also keep you focused. There's also a friendly, supportive atmosphere among the members, making working out at Active Fit and More a real pleasure! I joined to train for a bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. When I started training, I didn't know anyone, but when I was ready for my journey six months later, it felt like the whole gym was there for me, and the gym was even decorated for my last class before leaving. Where else do you experience that? After my bike ride, I stayed on as a member and still enjoy working out a few times a week!

This gym is a gem among gyms and fitness centers. It's diverse, small, and has top-notch instructors and excellent guidance for both indoor and outdoor activities.
